MAI PO NIGHT SAFARI OVERNIGHT EXPERIENCE FOR FAMILIES |
When the night falls, our eco-guide will invite you and your kids to join a wetland wildlife party by using your body senses. Through this unique 2 Days & 1 Night programme, you may have a chance to encounter a unique firefly named after Mai Po, bats, frogs, snakes, and even the very rare Eurasian otter in the southern China region.
In the next morning, your kids will become junior wildlife biologists, learn how to use binoculars to observe wildlife in Mai Po and safeguard these internationally important wetlands with your support!

- Day 1:
- Shuttle bus service from Yuen Long MTR Station to Mai Po Nature Reserve
- A simple dinner at Mai Po Peter Scott Visitor Centre at 6pm (Chinese cuisine)
- A two-hour guided Mai Po Night Safari tour. Participants will visit a night expedition at gei wai (traditional shrimp pond), bat, frogs and snakes discovery, and even firefly encounter
- Overnight stay at Mai Po Peter Scott Visitor Centre (in one twin room).
- Day 2:
- A simple western breakfast at Mai Po Peter Scott Visitor Centre
- A two-hour Junior Wildlife Biologists activity (from 9am to 11am) to discover birds and other wildlife in Mai Po
- Shuttle bus service from Mai Po Nature Reserve to Yuen Long MTR Station at 12nn
